Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the use of the application “ai Voice memo” (the “App”).

Users shall use the App only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Services Provided)

1. The App provides services including audio recording, transcription of audio files, text formatting (such as punctuation insertion and filler-word removal), and summarization.
2. Certain features of the App are available free of charge, while additional features are provided under a paid subscription plan.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

1. The App may be used only by users aged 13 or older. If a minor uses the App, the consent of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained.
2. Users shall prepare and maintain, at their own responsibility and expense, the communication environment and devices necessary to use the App.

Article 4 (Handling of Data)

1. As a general rule, audio recordings and transcription results are stored locally on the user’s device.
2. Certain features may utilize external APIs. In such cases, the handling of data shall be governed by the privacy policy established by the Company.
3. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining consent from recorded parties where required.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or to legitimate third-party rights holders.
2. Users may use transcription data obtained through the App for personal or business purposes, provided that such use does not infringe upon the rights of the Company or any third party.
