General Provisions

1. By downloading or using the application “ai Voice memo” (the “App”), users are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.
2. The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, and appropriately handles users’ personal information.
3. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the App. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, this Policy shall prevail.
4. This Policy does not apply to external services linked with the App. The handling of personal information by such external services shall be governed by their respective privacy policies.

Information We Collect

The Company may collect and use the following information:

• Information Provided by Users: Audio data, transcription data, and related content

  (Note: As a general rule, such data is stored locally on the user’s device. However, cloud processing is performed as external APIs are utilized for transcription. Under no circumstances will audio or transcribed data be used for AI training purposes.)

• Information Collected Automatically: Device identifiers, operating system version, IP address, usage logs, and activity history

• Payment-Related Information: Transaction IDs, payment status, and payment timestamps

  (Note: Credit card numbers and similar payment details are managed by Apple or Google, and are not collected by the Company.)

• Anonymous identifiers, information obtained through integration with external services, and other information provided with the user’s consent

Purposes of Use

The collected information may be used for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the App
• Preventing and monitoring unauthorized or fraudulent use, and user verification
• Billing and payment processing
• Responding to inquiries and support requests
• Notifying users of changes to terms or important information
